Mental strength & posture / body language / simplicity and directness / your decision
Possibly the following text could appear to you as rude or too extreme, please finish it before you form an opinion. When Do not Not Can not Just Start And Read Back!
Mental strength. How far are you ready to go?
a: Someone is standing in front of you and wants to rob you!
b: Someone is standing in front of you and may you lose!
c: Someone is standing in front of you with a gun! (No idea if he is robbing, hurting or even killing)
d: There are several people in front of you to do something with you! (Digging, hurting, raping, killing)
e: You are not alone! (there are people with you who love, need your protection like eg: wife, husband, child, parents)
f: everything is good!
To a: Someone is standing in front of you and wants to rob you! It will be, it will be, but it’s just money, cell phone, purse etc. Nothing is more valuable than your life, your health! However, the possibility b does not exclude, even if the chance is very large, guarantees no guarantee that leaves you alone.
If not follow To b: Someone is standing in front of you and wants to lose you! Are you “strong enough” to protect you. By strong I do not mean physical strength, but you have to do something? Have you ever thought again, did you do your best and really willingly to protect yourself, your body, your health? If yes, does that matter? Would you do it too? Did you do it well done? (Tried, Gassed. Or is it an idea, a theory you have, if you know you’re going. Was if possibility c: is the case?
To c: There is someone standing in front of you with a gun! (No idea if he is robbing, hurting or even killing) Have you ever experienced that? How are you going at this moment? Is your theory, your plan still? Now it’s about your life! I’m not talking about aliens or a little pain. You can get a tight shaft, it will be done! Are you ready? If so, what? Suffer, accept, suffer, kamikaze, suicide …?
To d: There are several people before you do something with you! (Digging, hurting, raping, killing) Is it worse? To think a maiden to me many! Especially those who have ever visited some kind of “martial arts” or one of the many offered SV crash courses. But what now? What are you ready for now-why should you be willing to come out of this situation alive or to survive (best unscathed / a rape you survive “maybe” but this is not an option.
To e: You are not alone! (There are people with you who love, need your protection like eg: wife, husband, child, parents)
It could always be worse! At d: you could think “shit” on it I try something, risk something then at least I’ve tried it and not me the devoted! That does not work anymore! You have responsibility, you have to keep thinking. What happens to the others (man, woman, child) when something happens to me? Even more extreme when you’re at it! Are you ready now? Or rather less ready?
To f: everything is good! Everything is good: when you are ready! Ready to act, ready to decide, ready to do the right thing, ready to go one step further! Everything is fine: when you have thought about it, made the decision, get out of the victim role, out of passivity, endure and endure, to “I do something”! Everything is good: if you can train and learn like this you can only act in the “moment of truth”! When the time of action has come, the time of training and learning is over! Everything is good: when it’s over and you’re alive, you’re intact, heal, totally … Everything is good: if you could protect your loved ones, be with them, stand aside … Do not worry, everything will be fine!
2. Posture / body language What or whom do you represent? What are you blasting? What is your self-image? Is it consistent with the foreign image? Are you a congruent? 6 questions to think about. 6 questions that should be unnecessary after a good SV training! This is not about esotericism. What do you represent? An object of desire? A victim? To opponent? A challenge? Or: Oh, why do not I leave that? What are you blasting? Which message do you send? Often what people say is not the same thing they think, feel or think. What looks good for you, being nice, being funny, etc. means something else to others: an invitation, a request, an insult, a challenge, etc. And not just for “sick people” every person has certain filters and Live in his own world. As long as he stays there, everything is fine! But when he makes you a part of his world, because of what you radiate (send), conflicts can arise. The aim of your training should be that you have a very clear body language and a self-confident, safe charisma. If yours does not feel the need to be with you, does not see you as a victim, adverse or challenge. Rather feel like I’m burning my fingers, that’s a number too big ect. then your training was successful.
3. Simple and directness Complicated techniques – contortions – Spectacular forms and other fantasies like a “cross block” in knife attacks (the insiders know what I mean) does not need a human! Simple, direct techniques and movements that work no frills just because they have to look good! Things that man has learned and passed on since times, unfortunately, he has also unlearned and trained off. Man has no claws, sharp teeth or any body + nerve toxins! One has something called “intelligence” (most)! He has learned to balance the balance of power with stronger, overpowering opponents. With hand-ax, knife, bow and arrow ect. The arts have been developed and taught to protect and defend themselves. Over the years, decades and centuries these were further lost and forgotten. The portrayal of these arts has been attempted to preserve them or to gain more people for them through popularization. A nice approach but unfortunately goes in the portability much important from the perspective of self-defense lost. Directness, simplicity and effectiveness must be the rules of a sport! Therefore, it is important to learn an art that has been little or not changed in the Sporting direction and is to trace the original source. The Simple Direct does not look nice, is not fair, does not follow any rules of the sport. It is considered brutally, effectively, uncompromisingly “filthy” for the layman from the outside. The most important thing is saving your life!
4. Your decision This point leads us to the beginning of the text. Did you decide? Make a decision now- “not to be a victim”, “not afraid to” stop “to be helpless” make the decision to do something- do the right thing! If the art for which you have decided you hurt yourself, gives you the feeling you are a victim, weak and helpless you mentally burden etc. think! Is this good for you? If no, stop! Find something where you feel safe and secure. Where you are introduced step by step first Mental then physically very last technical in the topic. Be patient, question, seek directness / simplicity, check the source where is the source of your art! Make a decision! Even those who do not decide, have decided that everything stays as it is!
